VIANO OK-1 Mole and Vole Repeller is a professional acoustic device of Polish manufacture that effectively protects lawns, gardens and green areas from moles and voles. Coverage area of 1,200 m2, durable Li-ion battery and weatherproof IP65 housing make this a "fit and forget" solution – ideal for managing large areas without constant monitoring.
How does the repeller work? The device emits 10-second bursts of intense sounds in the frequency range of 40–15,000 Hz, repeated at 5-minute intervals. Moles and voles, possessing exceptionally sensitive hearing, perceive these signals as highly disturbing – the noise causes discomfort and prevents peaceful foraging, forcing them to leave the protected zone.
Importantly, the device changes the sound sequence every 5 minutes to a different pattern, preventing pests from becoming accustomed to a repetitive cycle. The built-in power amplifier transmits the signal through a 25 W horn speaker, generating maximum sound pressure of up to 100 dB (+/- 20%).

Simple installation in a few steps. Simply unscrew the head unit, switch on the device using the POWER switch, screw the head unit back on, then carefully screw the spike into the ground. For first-time installation, it is recommended to make a vertical hole in the molehill using a stick or rod. Once installed, the head unit should protrude approximately 5 cm above ground level. The device operates continuously until switched off or the battery is depleted.
Battery level monitoring is equally straightforward. The LED indicator signals battery status: a 1-second flash every 10 seconds indicates approximately 30% charge, whilst a short flash (~100 ms) every 5 seconds indicates below 10%. When the charger is connected, the LED remains continuously lit, and switches off when charging is complete. Note: charging only occurs when the switch is in the on position ("I").
