Photovoltaic cable H1Z2Z2-K AR 6 mm2 red is a single-core solar cable with built-in protection against rodents and insects. Thanks to the anti-rodent additive (AR) in the outer sheath, the cable effectively repels mice, rats, martens and termites — the most common cause of cabling damage in ground-mounted and rooftop installations.
Why choose the AR version? PV cabling damage caused by rodents is one of the most common reasons for efficiency loss and costly warranty claims. Cable with AR additive eliminates this problem at source — the active substance is permanently integrated into the sheath, so protection works throughout the entire service life of at least 25 years.
Construction based on cross-linked halogen-free compound provides excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone and varying weather conditions. The cable meets the requirements of EN 50618:2015 standard and can be used indoors, on roofs and in extensive ground-mounted power plants — including direct burial.
