Description
PSG weld-on bullet hinge with ball for swing gates Ø18×80 mm
The PSG weld-on bullet hinge with ball, Ø18×80 mm is a durable piece of hardware designed for mounting swing gates. Its two-part design with a built-in ball ensures smooth movement of the gate leaf, as well as easy installation and removal: simply lift the leaf to take it off the hinges.
The hinge consists of two precision-turned parts: the sleeve (upper part) and the pin with ball (lower part). The steel ball set in the pin minimises friction and ensures quiet, even operation of the hinge throughout its service life. CNC turning guarantees repeatable dimensions and a tight fit between both parts.
Thanks to its compact Ø18 mm diameter, the hinge works well on both light pedestrian gates and heavier swing gates. Its universal form allows the hinge to be welded directly into the steel structure of the gate or wicket gate.
