The PSG weld-on bullet hinge with Ø30×100 ball is a durable piece of hardware designed for fitting swing gates and pedestrian gates. Thanks to its turned construction with a built-in ball, it ensures smooth and quiet movement of the gate leaf, while the sturdy steel build guarantees many years of durability, even under intensive use.
The hinge consists of two parts: the upper sleeve (female) and the pin with ball (male), which together form a compact, reliable pivot point. The ball-shaped tip of the pin minimises friction and makes hanging the gate leaf easier – simply slide the sleeve onto the pin. This solution is especially appreciated by installation teams, as it significantly reduces the time needed to install gates and pedestrian gates.
