PSG weld-on bullet hinge D20 x 140 mm – steel gate hinge

The PSG weld-on bullet hinge measuring D20 × H140 × L25 mm is a sturdy component designed for fitting gates and garden gates. Made from high-quality steel, it offers durability, resistance to heavy loads and years of trouble-free operation. The teardrop profile ensures a stable fit once welded to the supporting structure, while the bullet design allows the gate leaf to swing smoothly, without jerking or excessive friction.

The hinge is easy to install – it only needs to be precisely adjusted and positioned before being welded to the gate or post. With a load capacity of 80 kg, it is suitable for standard gates and garden gates, and the steel construction provides resistance to weather conditions and heavy mechanical loads.

Dimensions and technical specifications

Applications and installation

The hinge is designed to be welded into place – ideal for driveway gates, garden gates and other steel structures that require a durable, permanent hinge connection. Before welding, we recommend precisely adjusting the hinge axis to ensure even load distribution and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Also available with a friction-reducing ball – worth considering for heavier gates or wherever particularly light operation of the mechanism is required.

Strength and durability

The sturdy steel construction resists mechanical deformation and damage, even with intensive use. The hinge withstands weather conditions – rain, frost and fluctuating temperatures – making it a reliable solution for outdoor use all year round.
