Upper roller with four wheels ø 38 mm from PSG brand is a durable running element designed for suspended gates. The four-wheel construction ensures even load distribution and smooth gate wing guidance along the rail, which translates to quiet and trouble-free operation for years of use.

The roller is made of galvanised steel, which guarantees effective anti-corrosion protection for both indoor and outdoor installation. Application and installation

The roller is designed for suspended gate systems where the gate wing is guided along an upper running rail. The threaded spindle with M12 diameter enables precise height adjustment of the gate suspension using locking nuts. Compact dimensions (38 × 125 mm) facilitate installation even in limited lintel space.

The four-wheel construction, compared to two-wheel rollers, offers higher load capacity and better guidance stability – particularly important for industrial gates and gates with large wing surfaces. This reduces wear on the rail and wheels themselves, whilst extending service intervals.
