PSG adjustable top guide roller bracket, 55–90 mm is a steel mounting component designed for cantilever and track-mounted sliding gates. Its purpose is to stabilise the gate leaf once closed — the bracket eliminates lateral movement, ensuring precise guidance and quiet gate operation. Thanks to the adjustable roller spacing of 55–90 mm, the installer can easily fit the bracket to the thickness of the leaf, which significantly reduces installation time and allows one component to be used with various gate models.

The bracket is equipped with two guide rollers with a rubber coating, which gently guide the gate leaf without scratching the paintwork, and a rubber buffer that cushions the impact of the gate in the closed position. The body, made of 4 mm thick steel plate, ensures high rigidity, while galvanising provides long-lasting corrosion resistance — even in demanding weather conditions.

Application

The bracket is mounted at the top of the gate opening (on the lintel or post). When the gate closes, the leaf enters between the rollers, which stabilise it laterally and prevent vibration caused by wind. The spacing can be adjusted precisely to the thickness of the specific leaf within the range of 55 to 90 mm — simply loosen the fixing bolts, set the required distance and tighten them again. This versatility makes it an essential accessory when installing both cantilever and track-mounted sliding gates.
