The PSG FI 12×60 mm weld-on bullet hinge is a durable, two-piece weld-on hinge designed for installing swing gates and garden gates. Turned from steel, it ensures a precise fit between the parts and smooth, play-free operation. Thanks to its simple design and compact size, it is ideal wherever quick installation and reliability matter, in both domestic projects and industrial sites.
The hinge consists of two parts: a sleeve (female part) and a pin (male part), which are joined by sliding them together. Before welding to the gatepost and the gate leaf, we recommend carefully levelling and adjusting both parts, which guarantees smooth operation and a stable structure for years of use.
