PSG – steel V-profile running roller fi 68 mm for rail sliding gate

Steel V-profile running roller from PSG designed for rail sliding gates. Thanks to the V-shaped groove profile, the roller provides stable gate guidance on the rail, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. The kit includes a roller mounted in a steel mounting housing and a fixing screw – once delivered to the site, simply mount the element directly to the gate frame, reducing installation time to a minimum.

The product is manufactured from galvanised steel, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term operation in outdoor conditions. Maximum load capacity of 150 kg allows the roller to be used in both single-leaf and multi-leaf gates of moderate weight.

Roller cross-section

The roller cross-section shows the V-groove profile with bottom width 4.5 mm, which precisely works with the guide rail. The roller with diameter 68 mm and width 20 mm ensures optimal contact with the rail, minimising wear and noise during gate sliding. Ball bearings guarantee low rolling resistance even under full load.
