The PSG V-type steel sliding gate wheel is designed for rail sliding gates. Thanks to its V-shaped groove profile, the wheel guides the gate steadily along the rail, ensuring smooth and quiet travel. The set includes a wheel mounted in a steel mounting housing and a fixing screw. Once delivered to site, you simply fit the unit directly to the gate frame, which keeps installation time to a minimum.

The product is made of galvanised steel, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long service life in outdoor conditions. A maximum load capacity of 150 kg means the wheel can be used on both single-leaf and multi-leaf gates of moderate weight.

The cross-section shows the V-groove profile with a bottom width of 4.5 mm, which works precisely with the guide rail. A wheel with a diameter of 68 mm and a width of 20 mm provides optimal contact with the rail, minimising wear and noise as the gate moves. The ball bearing ensures low rolling resistance even under full load.
