Rolled hinge with ball FI 30×100 from PSG is a durable hardware element designed for mounting swing gates and garden gates. Thanks to its rolled construction with built-in ball bearing, it ensures smooth and quiet operation of the gate leaf, whilst robust steel construction guarantees years of durability even under intensive use.
The hinge consists of two elements: upper sleeve (female) and pin with ball (male), which when assembled form a compact, secure pivot point. The spherical end of the pin minimises friction and facilitates hanging of the gate leaf — simply slide the sleeve onto the pin. This solution is particularly appreciated by installation teams, as it significantly reduces the installation time for gates and garden gates.
Application: swing gates, garden gates, utility doors and other heavy hinged constructions requiring load-bearing, rolled hinges.
