PSG rolled gate hinge FI 18×80 mm for swing gates

Rolled hinge FI 18×80 mm by PSG is a durable hardware element designed for mounting swing gates. The two-part construction – upper sleeve and lower pin – ensures smooth gate leaf operation for years of use. Manufactured using the rolling method, it guarantees precise fitting of both elements, resulting in quiet and stable hinge operation.

Thanks to its compact dimensions (18 mm diameter, 80 mm height) the hinge is suitable for both lightweight wicket gates and standard swing gates in residential fencing. The steel construction provides high load capacity with a low self-weight of only 0.16 kg.

Installation and application

The hinge is installed by welding both parts – sleeve and pin – to the gate structure and post. The lower part with pin is attached to the post, and the upper sleeve to the gate leaf. The rolled profile ensures precise centring and minimal clearances, eliminating excessive vibrations during opening and closing. The hinge works perfectly in combination with other fencing accessories, enabling quick and professional installation of a complete swing gate.
