Rolled ball hinge FI 18×80 mm by PSG is a durable hardware element designed for mounting swing gates. The two-part construction with built-in ball ensures smooth gate leaf operation and easy assembly and disassembly — simply lift the leaf to remove it from the hinges.

The hinge consists of two precisely turned elements — sleeve (upper part) and pin with ball (lower part). The steel ball mounted in the pin minimises friction and ensures quiet, smooth hinge operation throughout its service life. CNC turning guarantees dimensional repeatability and precise fitting of both parts.

Thanks to its compact diameter of FI 18 mm, the hinge works well in both lightweight garden gates and heavier swing gates. The universal form allows the hinge to be welded directly into the steel construction of the gate.
