Rail stopper for overhead gates PSG is a robust limiter mounted on the end section of the travel rail 50×46×2 mm. It prevents the trolley from falling off the rail and effectively dampens shocks generated when the gate reaches its end position. Thanks to screw adjustment, the stopper position on the rail can be precisely set, which facilitates calibration of the extreme opening and closing points of the gate.

Construction and operating principle
The stopper body has an angle bracket shape with a clamping system — two screws press down the bottom plate, enabling secure mounting on the rail profile. The buffer made from black nylon cushions impacts from the travel trolley, protecting both the trolley itself and the gate mechanism from damage. The entire metal element is fully galvanised, which provides high corrosion resistance — even in outdoor conditions and environments with elevated humidity.
