The PSG guide roller with end cap is a steel, galvanised mounting component designed for self-supporting sliding gates running on 70×70×4 mm rail. Mounted at the beginning of the rail, it works with the guide bracket attached to the gate post — when the gate closes, the roller enters the bracket, distributing the construction weight across more support points and effectively stabilising the leaf in the closed position.
Using the guide roller significantly extends the lifespan of the gate trolleys, as it relieves them from stress in the closed position. The end cap simultaneously serves as protection for the rail against snow, ice and contamination, which is particularly important in winter conditions — the installer can offer the customer a more reliable and durable solution without additional costs.
