Description
PSG galvanised steel end wheel for cantilever sliding gate 70/80

The PSG 70/80 end wheel is a steel, galvanised component mounted at the start of the cantilever sliding gate track. Its job is to roll into the gate catcher fixed to the gate post, which allows the gate's weight to be spread across more components and effectively stabilises it when closed. Using an end wheel significantly extends the service life of the gate's carriages by reducing their load in the closed position.
The product is universal — it fits both 70×70×4 mm and 80×80×5 mm tracks, so it suits most typical cantilever sliding gate installations. The set includes mounting screws, which eliminates the need to order fasteners separately and speeds up installation.

Applications and benefits for the installer
The end wheel is a key component of a properly functioning cantilever sliding gate. When the gate closes, the wheel enters the gate catcher and takes over part of the load from the carriages. As a result, wear on the carriage bearings is reduced, and the whole structure runs more quietly and smoothly. The galvanised surface provides high corrosion resistance, ensuring years of trouble-free operation even in harsh weather conditions. Universal fit for the two most popular track sizes helps reduce the number of variants held in stock and simplifies order logistics.
