Description
PSG end wheel with end plate 100×89 mm – for cantilever sliding gates
The PSG end wheel with end plate is a galvanised steel component fitted at the start of the track of a cantilever sliding gate. The wheel runs into the gate catcher mounted on the post, so that the weight of the gate is spread across more support points and the gate leaf remains stable once closed. This solution significantly extends the service life of the gate carriages: a lower load on each component means lower maintenance costs and less frequent replacement of parts.
The end plate (end cap) provides additional protection for the inside of the track against snow, ice and dirt, which is particularly important in winter conditions. The 3 mm thick front plate effectively shields the wheel and the guide profile, preventing the mechanism from freezing and reducing the need to clean the track after the winter period.
The end wheel fits a track with a cross-section of 89×100×5 mm. Mounting screws are included, allowing immediate installation without having to source additional fasteners.
