PSG end wheel with end cap for cantilever sliding gate – 70 track

The PSG end wheel with end cap is a galvanised steel mounting component designed for cantilever sliding gates running on a 70×70×4 mm track. Fitted at the start of the track, it works with the gate catcher mounted on the gate post — when the gate closes, the wheel rolls into the catcher, distributing the weight of the structure across more support points and effectively stabilising the gate leaf in its closed position.

Using an end wheel significantly extends the service life of the gate carriages, as it relieves them of stress when the gate is closed. The end cap (cover) also serves as a shield protecting the track from snow, ice and dirt, which is particularly important in winter conditions — the installer can offer the customer a more reliable and durable solution at no additional cost.
