Description
PSG end stop for suspended gate track 6V.046 – trolley limiter
The PSG end stop for suspended gate track is a sturdy limiter fitted at the end section of a 50×46×2 mm running track. It prevents the trolley from coming off the track and effectively absorbs the shocks produced when the gate reaches its end position. The screw adjustment allows you to set the position of the end stop on the track precisely, which makes it easier to calibrate the extreme open and closed points of the gate.
Design and operating principle
The body of the end stop is angle-shaped with a clamping system – two screws press down the lower plate, allowing a secure fixing on the track profile. The bumper, made of black nylon, cushions the impact of the trolley, protecting both the trolley itself and the gate mechanism from damage. The entire metal component is fully galvanised, which provides high corrosion resistance – even outdoors and in environments with increased humidity.
