About the product
The track end cap closes the open end of a cantilever gate track. It consists of an end plate and a clamping insert that slides into the track and is secured with screws.
The end plate measures W × H = 100 × 87.5 mm and has a thickness t of 3 mm. The clamping insert extends into the track to a depth D of 40 mm.
Each unit weighs 0.33 kg. The end cap fits 89 × 100 × 5 mm track.
Selection and installation
- ✓Check the track cross-section – the end cap fits 89 × 100 × 5 mm track.
- ✓Slide the clamping insert into the end of the track until the end plate sits flush against the end face.
- ✓Tighten the clamping screws until the end cap is securely fixed to the track with no play.
Important
The end cap is not a substitute for a gate stop or travel limiter. The system's end stops and gate stops determine the gate leaf's end positions.
