Adjustable upper guidance PSG is a key component in sliding gate installation, responsible for stable and smooth guidance of the gate leaf during opening and closing. Two plastic rollers with a height of 152 mm embrace the upper profile of the gate, ensuring quiet and trouble-free sliding without risk of scratching the leaf surface.
The construction with adjustable roller spacing (range 49–79 mm) allows the guidance to be adapted to gates with different profile thicknesses — one order is sufficient instead of selecting several variants. The bracket made from galvanised steel with a thickness of 5 mm guarantees rigidity and durability, whilst the mounting bolts M12 transfer heavy loads. The product is ideally suited to gates with smooth and closed profiles, without decorative elements.
Installation and application
The guidance is mounted to a post or wall using a side mounting plate with elongated holes, which enable precise position adjustment. Elongated holes in the mounting arm facilitate positioning of the guidance relative to the gate, whilst roller spacing adjustment allows for quick adaptation to the leaf profile thickness — the entire installation takes just a few minutes.
