PSG Ø24 adjustable gate hinge with M12 thread (weld-on bullet hinge) is a durable galvanised steel hinge designed for fitting pedestrian gates and driveway gates. Thanks to its threaded adjustment, it allows precise setting of the gate leaf both during installation and later in use — simply turn the adjusting nut to correct sag caused by load or temperature changes.
The 150 × 40 mm plate with two mounting holes (ø10 mm, 110 mm spacing) ensures a stable, secure fixing to the post. The ball inside the hinge guarantees smooth movement of the gate leaf and minimises friction, which improves ease of use and extends the life of the whole mechanism. The permissible load per pair of hinges is 250 kg, so it also suits heavy steel structures.
