PSG adhesive handrail bracket 42.4 mm stainless steel AISI 304 satin H80
Adhesive handrail bracket for 42.4 mm balustrade system – fixed element connecting post with handrail, designed for installation by bonding with anaerobic adhesive. Thanks to the absence of threaded elements, installation is quick and clean, whilst the connection is durable and aesthetic. Product by PSG made from AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish — ideal for internal balustrades in commercial, office and residential buildings.
The bracket is a fixed element — without angle adjustment capability, which ensures rigidity and geometric repeatability along the entire length of the balustrade. The lower sleeve is precisely matched to the post tube 42.4×2 mm, and the upper mounting plate is profiled for a handrail with diameter 42.4 mm. Two mounting holes in the plate enable additional securing with screws if the design requires it.

Installation guidelines
For bracket installation, anaerobic adhesive designed for metal-to-metal connections is recommended. Before bonding, contact surfaces must be degreased — both the internal side of the bracket sleeve and the external surface of the post tube. After applying adhesive, press the bracket into the post and maintain in vertical position until curing. The permanent bonded connection ensures durable and aesthetic construction without visible connecting elements.
