Application and installation

The FI 27×90 weld-on bullet hinge is designed for installation on swing gates — both single-leaf and double-leaf. The lower component with the ball is welded to the gate post, and the upper sleeve to the gate leaf (or the other way round, depending on the design). The ball-shaped head of the pin provides self-centring and makes it easy to lower the leaf into place, which significantly speeds up installation on site. The compact dimensions (Ø27 × 90 mm) allow use in standard frames and fence posts.
