The PSG sliding door trolley with four 38 mm wheels is a durable running component designed for suspended gates. The four-wheel design ensures even load distribution and smooth guidance of the gate leaf along the track, resulting in quiet, trouble-free operation for years of service.

Application and installation

The trolley is designed for suspended gate systems, where the gate leaf runs along an upper running track. The M12 threaded spindle allows precise adjustment of the gate suspension height using lock nuts. The compact dimensions (38 × 125 mm) make installation easy even in the limited space of a lintel.

Compared with two-wheel trolleys, the four-wheel design offers higher load capacity and better guidance stability — particularly important for industrial gates and gates with a large leaf surface area. As a result, wear on the track and the wheels themselves is reduced, and service intervals are extended.
