PSG drive-on roller with end cap is a steel, galvanised component mounted at the beginning of the self-supporting sliding gate rail. The roller enters the drive-on bracket attached to the post, allowing the gate weight to be distributed across more support points, keeping the gate leaf stable when closed. This solution significantly extends the lifespan of running carriages — reduced unit loading translates to lower servicing costs and less frequent component replacements.
The end cap (closure) provides additional protection for the rail interior against snow, ice and contamination, which is particularly important in winter conditions. The front plate with 3 mm thickness effectively shields the roller and guide profile, preventing mechanism freezing and reducing the need for rail cleaning after winter periods.
The drive-on roller fits rails with 89×100×5 mm cross-section. Mounting screws are included in the kit, allowing immediate installation without the need to source additional fastening components.
