PSG End Wheel 80 with End Cap for Cantilever Sliding Gate

The end wheel with end cap is a steel, galvanised component fitted at the start of the track of a cantilever sliding gate. It works together with the gate catcher mounted on the post: when the gate closes, the wheel runs into the catcher, which spreads the weight of the gate leaf across more support points and effectively stabilises the gate in its end position.

Using an end wheel significantly extends the service life of the gate carriages, as it relieves them of load when the gate is closed. An additional advantage is the integrated end cap, which protects the inside of the guide rail from snow, ice and dirt – particularly important in winter conditions. Mounting screws are included in the set, which speeds up installation and removes the need to source additional fittings.

The end wheel is designed to be fitted at the start of the guide rail of cantilever sliding gates with an 80 × 80 × 5 mm profile. It is an essential component in professional installations – it keeps the gate leaf stable when closed, protects the running mechanism from overload and shields the rail from the weather. The galvanised surface ensures high corrosion resistance, allowing many years of trouble-free outdoor use.
