PFERD Actirox AF890 is a high-performance fibre disc with ceramic grain designed for intensive machining of INOX stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The active cooling coating TOP SIZE effectively reduces temperature in the grinding zone, which extends disc life and protects the workpiece from overheating — particularly important when working with stainless steel, which is sensitive to thermal structural changes.
Specially shaped ceramic grain ensures aggressive and uniform cutting from the first contact with the material. The coarse grit P36 makes this disc an ideal tool for tasks requiring rapid removal of large amounts of material.
