PFERD Actirox AF799 is a high-performance fibre disc with geometrically shaped ceramic grain, designed for intensive machining of stainless steel (INOX) and steel alloys. Thanks to the use of new generation ceramic grain, it removes over twice as much material compared to traditional abrasive discs — which translates directly into shorter machining time and the ability to complete more jobs during a working day.
The disc is designed for angle grinders with a maximum peripheral speed of 80 m/s and performs excellently when machining flat and convex surfaces. The stable, vulcanised fibre backing meets the highest safety requirements in accordance with standard EN 13743, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding workshop conditions.
