Rail Mounting Track 10–12 mm is a proven component of the pipe guidance system for underfloor and wall heating installations. Thanks to precision clips designed for pipes with a diameter of 10–12 mm, laying heating loops becomes faster and more repeatable — regardless of the installation team's experience.
How does it work? Simply press the pipe into the snap-fit clip — flexible tabs lock it in the correct position without additional fasteners. The fixed spacing of the clips ensures uniform distances between loops, which translates into proper heat distribution across the entire floor surface.
Practical delivery format
The track is supplied in 1000 mm sections, each consisting of two 500 mm segments connected by a flexible hinge. This design facilitates transport, storage and adjustment of track length to a specific room — simply cut or snap off the excess section.
Mounting holes distributed along the track enable quick fixing to the substrate using plugs or screws. The track is compatible with both panel insulation and concrete underlays, allowing it to be used in various floor layer configurations.
Durable material
The track is made of high-impact polypropylene, resistant to mechanical loads occurring during screed pouring. It does not deform under pressure and maintains flexibility even at lower temperatures found on construction sites.
