Kozza – 90° elbow for round handrail fi 40 mm is a corner handrail connector designed for all-glass balustrade systems. It enables aesthetic and stable connection of two sections of aluminium handrail at right angles – in corners of stairs, balconies, terraces and mezzanines.
The element is made from anodised aluminium with matt finish, which provides durable anti-corrosion protection and a universal, modern appearance matching most balustrade systems. The connector is designed for handrail with diameter fi 40 mm and mounting on glass with thickness from 12 to 21.52 mm – it performs well both inside buildings and outdoors.
Precise fit and mounting stability
The external diameter of the connector is 44.10 mm, which guarantees secure seating on fi 40 mm handrails (internal diameter 40.50 mm) and aesthetic, smooth transition without visible steps or uneven edges. The arm length – respectively 78.50 mm and 77.50 mm – ensures solid support for the connection and resistance to loads resulting from daily use of the handrail. The mounting gap with width 26 mm enables easy sliding of the element onto the glass panel edge and quick installation.

Application
The connector has been designed for all-glass balustrade systems, in which aluminium handrail and glass panels form one cohesive whole.
