Kozza axial mounting for round aluminium handrail ø 40 mm is a precision mounting element designed for structural glazed balustrade systems. Made from aluminium and finished in matt anodised, it provides an aesthetic and durable connection between the handrail and balustrade structure. The open construction with side cut-out facilitates sliding onto the handrail and reduces installation time on site.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and weight of only 0.04 kg, the element does not burden the structure whilst guaranteeing stable axial mounting. Three mounting holes with countersinks for screw heads allow for secure and even fixing to the substrate.

Construction and Installation
The element features a characteristic U-shaped cut-out with width 20 mm, enabling side sliding onto the handrail without requiring dismantling of the entire system. The mounting flange with diameter 82 mm provides a large contact surface with the substrate. Three holes arranged symmetrically around the flange circumference guarantee even distribution of mounting forces. Countersinks for screw heads (ø 10 mm) allow the screw head to be concealed flush with the flange, ensuring a smooth and aesthetic mounting surface.
The mounting is compatible with standard round aluminium handrails diameter ø 40 mm and complements Kozza structural glazed balustrade systems perfectly.
