Kozza KE 120 – U profile corner 90° for all-glass balustrades, external, side mounting

U profile external corner 90° Kozza KE 120 is an element designed for building all-glass balustrades in flat systems. It enables aesthetic connection of two glass panels at right angles in external corners — it works perfectly on balconies, terraces and mezzanines where the balustrade changes direction outwards.

The profile is made of aluminium with matt anodised finish, which guarantees colour durability, corrosion resistance and a modern, understated appearance. Installation is carried out from the side — the profile is mounted to the wall or load-bearing structure using holes in the lower part, which significantly facilitates installation and allows hiding of mounting elements.

Application and installation

The KE 120 external corner profile is dedicated to all-glass balustrade systems where glass panels are mounted directly in the U profile without additional point fixings. Thanks to side mounting the element is mounted to the side surface of the load-bearing structure, which allows achieving a clean balustrade line from the external side. Symmetrical arms with length of 197 mm ensure stable glass support on both sides of the corner. The profile works with other elements of the Kozza KE 120 series — straight profiles, internal corners and accessories — creating a cohesive, complete balustrade system.
