Kozza gasket for aluminium handrail is an essential element for mounting all-glass balustrades, ensuring stable and secure installation of glass with thickness 20–21.52 mm in the handrail profile. Thanks to the flexible U-shaped profile, the gasket securely encompasses the glass edge and protects it from vibrations, shifts and direct contact with aluminium.
The 5 m roll allows for convenient adaptation to longer balustrade sections, minimising the number of joints and speeding up installation. For installation teams working on glass balustrade projects, this means fewer cuts, less waste and faster work on site.
EPDM rubber – durability in demanding conditions
The gasket is made from EPDM rubber (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) – a material valued in construction for its exceptional resistance and longevity. Key properties of EPDM include:
- Maintains elasticity in temperature range from -40°C to +100°C – functionality in both severe frosts and hot days
