The swivel design — the trolley is connected to the base plate via a pivot pin — means it automatically adjusts to the rail profile. Height adjustment via bolts allows precise levelling of the gate. The guide roller with end cap is a steel component mounted at the leading end of the self-supporting sliding gate rail. Selecting Trolley Spacing
The correct centre-to-centre trolley spacing (LW) depends on the gate weight (P) and the clear opening width (L). The table below shows the recommended values:
- Gate 250 kg — spacing from 1.35 m (3.5 m opening) to 1.90 m (5.0 m opening)
- Gate 300 kg — spacing from 1.55 m (3.5 m opening) to 2.10 m (5.0 m opening)
- Gate 350 kg — spacing from 1.85 m (3.5 m opening) to 2.60 m (5.0 m opening)
- Gate 400 kg — spacing from 2.10 m (3.5 m opening) to 3.00 m (5.0 m opening)
