The Height-adjustable post base 110×110 mm with an M24 × 500 mm threaded rod is a durable structural connector designed for setting timber and steel posts on a concrete foundation. Made of galvanised steel, it provides long-lasting corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions.
The base consists of a base plate with mounting holes and a long threaded rod with adjustment nuts. This allows the post height to be set precisely once the rod has been concreted in, compensating for any unevenness in the foundation.
The base is supplied as a complete kit, ready for installation – simply concrete the threaded rod into the foundation, then, once the concrete has set, fit the plate and adjust the level using the nuts. The galvanised surface protects the steel against corrosion, making the base suitable for both covered structures and those fully exposed to the weather. The plate has mounting holes for additional fixing to the post with screws or bolts, which increases the stability of the whole connection. The unit of sale is 1 piece, giving you complete flexibility to order the exact number of bases needed on site.
