Description
Hamburg elbow balustrade 90° for welding 48.3×2 mm – AISI 304 stainless steel satin

Hamburg elbow 90° is a welding elbow connector designed for building stainless steel balustrades in the Ø 48.3 mm tube system. Thanks to precise manufacturing from AISI 304 steel in satin finish, the element ensures aesthetic, durable and corrosion-resistant connection of two tube sections guided at a right angle.
The elbow is designed for welding — once assembled, it forms an integral, non-detachable part of the balustrade structure. The satin surface harmoniously complements other elements of the stainless steel system, and smooth transitions facilitate subsequent grinding and polishing of the weld.

Application and benefits
The Hamburg elbow is used wherever the handrail or balustrade grip route changes direction by 90° — on stair turns, balcony corners or transitions between levels. The connector is compatible with the full range of tubes and profiles of the Ø 48.3 mm system, allowing for free design of balustrade structures without the need to cut elements to size.
AISI 304 steel guarantees high corrosion resistance both inside buildings and outdoors — on balconies, terraces and staircases. The satin finish requires no additional treatment after installation and maintains an aesthetic appearance for years of use.
