H-70 trapezoidal bridge with EPDM gasket is an aluminium bridge profile designed for direct mounting of photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The trapezoidal cross-section shape mirrors the geometry of the sheet ridges, allowing the profile to sit stably on the roof covering without the need for additional levelling shims. The profile's height ensures an appropriate gap between the module and the roof surface, enabling free airflow beneath the panel — natural ventilation effectively dissipates heat, resulting in better operating conditions for the PV modules. The upper mounting channel allows fixing of end and mid clamps using hexagon socket screws and square nuts, while the holes for the screws securing the bridge to the sheet are made directly on the roof during installation, allowing precise adjustment of the anchoring point to the sheet profile.

The profile has a trapezoidal cross-section with internal reinforcement — two vertical partitions stiffen the structure and transfer loads from the mounted modules onto the ridge of the sheet. The upper part of the profile features a mounting channel designed for fitting clamps that secure the photovoltaic modules. The base of the profile rests stably on the ridges of the trapezoidal sheet, while the EPDM gasket (visible in the installation diagram) fills irregularities and ensures tightness at the anchoring points.
