Gravel board bracket 200×55 mm galvanised

The gravel board bracket for fencing is a sturdy fixing component designed to securely connect concrete gravel boards to fence posts. It is designed for gravel boards measuring 200 × 55 mm, which guarantees a precise fit and a stable seating of the board in all conditions.

The product is made of steel protected with an electro-galvanised coating. Electro-galvanising provides an even, smooth protective layer with an attractive silver finish. The coating effectively protects the steel against corrosion, moisture and weather conditions, ensuring many years of durability without the need for additional maintenance. The raw, metallic look of the bracket blends perfectly with galvanised fences and with universal fencing designs.

Design and installation

The bracket has a C-shaped profile (C-channel) in which the concrete gravel board is seated. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, which allows the 55 mm thick board to be placed easily and securely with a small installation clearance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock – it prevents the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the whole structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the bracket to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which significantly speeds up the work of the installation crew. The flat base of the bracket protects the gravel board against mechanical damage during seating.
