Wire rope grip of the ZL series for steel wire ropes with a diameter of 19/20 mm, manufactured in accordance with the DIN 741 standard. The product is designed for professional forming of loops and terminations in steel wire ropes in industrial and construction installations, as well as when assembling guying structures. The U-bolt and nuts are made of C15 steel, and the body of cast iron — this combination of materials provides high mechanical strength while maintaining the durability of the connection. The whole is covered with a galvanised coating, which protects the component against corrosion during outdoor use. The manufacturer recommends using a minimum of 6 grips per loop, with spacing between them in the range of 43.5–87 mm, which ensures a safe and durable rope attachment.
