Galvanised steel wire rope in a clear PVC sheath — a versatile solution for mounting and installation applications requiring corrosion resistance and protection of surfaces against mechanical damage. Construction and properties
The rope core, with a diameter of Ø8.0 mm, is made of galvanised wire in a 6x19 construction — six strands of 19 wires each, which ensures great flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The outer coating of clear PVC increases the overall diameter to 10 mm and acts as a barrier against moisture, chemicals and scratches. Thanks to the transparency of the sheath, the condition of the steel core can be checked visually without the need for disassembly.
