Description
Forged eye-eye turnbuckle 24x255 DIN1480

The M24 forged eye-eye turnbuckle is a durable piece of rigging hardware made in accordance with the DIN 1480 standard. The body is forged from low-alloy structural steel C15, which ensures high mechanical strength and resistance to dynamic loads. The electro-galvanised coating effectively protects the surface against corrosion, allowing use in demanding weather conditions. The eye-eye end type allows easy connection to shackles, connecting links and other hardware, with no need for additional adapters.
Key design features
- Forged body construction ensuring a uniform material structure and high load capacity
- Eye-eye ends for quick connection to shackles, links and wire rope thimbles
- Electro-galvanised coating protecting against corrosion in outdoor conditions
- Dimensional tolerance of ±5% in line with the manufacturer's technical data sheet
- M24 left- and right-hand thread allowing smooth tension adjustment without disassembly

The eye-eye turnbuckle is used wherever precise tensioning of steel wire ropes, chains and guy lines is required. It works well for installing guy structures for masts and antenna poles, ground-based installations, and for load securing. Thanks to its symmetrical eye-eye design, the whole element can be rotated, which makes it easier to adjust the working length in the field.
