Fencing Post 100×100×3 mm Green RAL 6005 – Length 2.2 m
Fencing post 100×100×3 mm in green colour RAL 6005 is a reinforced load-bearing element designed for constructing palisade and panel fencing — both residential and industrial. Made from square steel section with thicker wall 3 mm, it provides enhanced stiffness and load capacity for the entire fencing structure.
Cross-section 100×100 mm combined with wall thickness 3.0 mm makes the post excellent as support for heavy palisade and panel spans. Increased wall thickness compared to standard 2 mm versions translates to higher mechanical strength — particularly important for large spans, in areas exposed to strong wind loads or in industrial applications.
Powder coating in green colour RAL 6005 on zinc base provides double anti-corrosion protection and aesthetic appearance of the fence. Zinc coating forms the first layer of steel protection, whilst powder coating creates an additional barrier against atmospheric conditions. Thanks to this, the post is ready for immediate installation — without need for additional painting on site.
Installation and Application
The post in standard version is adapted for ground installation in point concrete foundations. It's also possible to use steel base with mounting holes, enabling bolting to hard surface, plinth or foundation wall. Fence spans are mounted to posts using side or rear fixings — depending on the selected span model.
Recommended centre-to-centre spacing of posts for spans of typical width is 265 cm. Length of 2.2 m allows for setting the post at appropriate depth in foundation whilst maintaining sufficient height above ground.
Post 100×100×3 mm is a reinforced version for demanding installations where both construction solidity and aesthetic finish matter. It works perfectly as element of palisade and panel fencing around private properties, commercial buildings and industrial sites.

Square profile with cross-section 100×100 mm and wall thickness 3 mm provides excellent structural stiffness.
