Description
Bolt-on fence panel connector, galvanised steel 80 mm
Bolt-on fence panel connector by PSG is a robust mounting element used for the permanent connection of fence panels to posts. Made from galvanised steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and long-term durability in outdoor conditions — without the need for additional anti-corrosion protection.

The connector's construction consists of a flat mounting plate with holes for bolting to the post and a perpendicularly projecting arm (so-called bean) with an elongated hole into which the bolt securing the panel is inserted. Thanks to elongated holes (bean-shaped) on both the plate and the arm, you gain the ability to adjust the position of the panel relative to the post — which significantly facilitates installation and compensation for ground irregularities.
The connector is a universal solution used in panel and span fencing systems. It works well for mounting fences on both round and rectangular posts. Low weight (60 g) and compact dimensions facilitate transport and storage even of large batches.

Installation method

The connector is mounted by bolting the plate to the fence post using bolts passing through the round holes (Ø 8.8 mm). Then the fence panel is attached to the arm (bean) — the bolt passes through the elongated hole in the arm and connects to the panel element. Bean-shaped holes enable precise position adjustment both vertically (on the plate) and horizontally (on the arm), which allows for compensation of mounting tolerances and ensures even distribution of panels along the entire fence length.
