Description
Eye hook with safety catch 500 kg – galvanised and painted C45 steel
The Eye hook with safety catch from the HUZ series is proven hardware for steel wire ropes, designed for professional lifting and transport applications. Made from C45 steel and protected with a double coating of zinc plating + RAL 3020 powder coating (red), it offers high corrosion resistance even in demanding weather conditions. The built-in spring-loaded safety latch effectively prevents the rope from accidentally slipping out of the hook throat, which makes lifting operations safer. A high safety factor – almost 5:1 between breaking force and working load – guarantees the solid strength reserve required for professional slings. The hook is sold individually, which makes it easier to put together hardware for specific configurations.

The manufacturer's data sheet (inspection test 8/DRO) confirms the strength parameters of the entire HUZ series – from the 0.5 T variant to 5 T. The high safety factor applies to every size in the series, meeting the requirements for professional lifting operations.
