Installation recommendations
The mounting hole should be drilled perpendicular to the substrate surface and then thoroughly cleaned of dust and drilling debris. Insert the anchor into the hole using light hammer taps — the fastener should go in without excessive resistance. A torque wrench is required to tighten the nut, ensuring controlled expansion of the sleeve. Once properly installed, the washer under the nut must be firmly pressed against the fixed element. All detailed data regarding loads, spacing and edge distances are provided in Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 — the parameters specified therein must not be exceeded.
