Dromet PSRe M12x140/48 galvanised ring expansion anchor

The PSRe M12x140/48 ring anchor from Dromet is a proven expansion fastener designed for permanent fixing of structures in concrete, stone and brick substrates. Thanks to its ring-shaped design with nut and washer, it provides secure, controlled expansion within the mounting hole, guaranteeing high load capacity and connection stability.

The anchor is intended for professional applications — fixing metal profiles and structures, grating platforms, railings, machinery and other facility equipment. The mounting substrate must be made of non-cracked concrete of at least class B20, natural stone with a dense structure, or solid brick.

The fastener holds a European Technical Approval ETA 05/0242 and a CE certificate, confirming compliance with European safety standards. In addition, the anchor is covered by the national Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 — all strength parameters and conditions of use specified in the approval constitute binding design data.

Installation recommendations

The mounting hole should be drilled perpendicular to the substrate surface and thoroughly cleaned of dust and debris. The fastener should be inserted into the hole using light hammer taps. Tightening the nut must be carried out only with a torque wrench — this ensures controlled expansion of the ring sleeve and proper anchoring. After the fastener has expanded, the washer under the nut should be firmly pressed against the fixed element, ensuring full load transfer.

The parameters specified in Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 must not be exceeded — they constitute binding conditions for the safe use of the anchor.
