The drive-in post support type L500 is a steel ground anchor designed for setting timber and metal posts directly into the ground. The 500 mm driven section provides a stable anchorage, while the mounting angle bracket allows a secure connection to the post using two bolts.
The support consists of a profiled spike driven into the ground and an angle bracket with two mounting holes. The bracket allows fast, repeatable fixing of fence posts, pergola posts or structural posts without the need for concreting.
The support has a silver electro-galvanised finish, which protects the steel against corrosion in contact with damp soil and ensures durability in outdoor conditions. The profiled cross-section of the spike makes it easier to drive in with a hammer and also increases the rigidity of the whole component.
