Curved 90° welded elbow is a precision balustrade connector designed for tubes with a diameter of 42.4 mm. Thanks to its gently rounded profile, the elbow gives the balustrade an elegant, modern appearance whilst providing a durable and rigid connection between structural elements. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished finish, it guarantees high corrosion resistance and an aesthetic end result — both indoors and in outdoor conditions.
The elbow is assembled using the welding method with anaerobic adhesive, which bonds upon contact with metal and hardens after cutting off the oxygen supply. This solution eliminates the need for welding, reduces assembly time and allows for smooth, aesthetic connections without visible machining marks. This is particularly important for projects where finish quality and installation team efficiency are priorities.

Application
The curved elbow is designed for constructing steel balustrades with irregular shapes — anywhere where a change of direction of the handrail tube is required at a right angle with a smooth, gentle curve.
