Description

The Carriage 70 is a durable, precision-made component of sliding gate systems, designed to work with rails in a 70×70 mm configuration. Fitted with two steel rollers and one plastic roller, it ensures smooth, quiet movement of the top-hung sliding gate, without excessive friction or resistance. The narrow mounting base makes installation easier, even in confined spaces.
Construction and materials
The carriage body is made of steel with a zinc coating, which effectively protects against corrosion. As a result, the carriage is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors, in conditions of exposure to moisture and changeable weather. The rollers are mounted on ball bearings, which ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation and minimal rolling resistance.
The combination of two steel rollers (load-bearing) with one plastic roller (guiding) minimises noise during operation of the mechanism and reduces friction, increasing user comfort when operating the gate.
